Your project and docs stay live. AI features — doc generation, the public AI assistant, and the AI editor — are paused until you upgrade. Your documentation site stays published and accessible.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties.
If your AI assistant exceeds its monthly response limit, additional responses are billed at the end of the month — $0.10/response on Pro, $0.08 on Team. AI editor overages on Team are $0.12/message. You'll get a notification before charges apply.
No contracts. Month-to-month on all plans. Annual plans offer a discount but you can cancel anytime — remaining months are not refunded.
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Every time a developer on your docs site asks the AI assistant a question and receives an answer, that counts as one response. Responses reset monthly.
Every message you send to Pilot inside your dashboard — asking it to write, rewrite, or edit any part of your docs — counts as one message. Messages reset monthly.
